Senior Account Executive
This position is based in our Westlake, OH office full-time for the initial probationary period and will transition to a hybrid schedule after training.

Responsibilities
- Makes outbound calls to leads with current and past interest
- Fields inbound inquiries from prospective clients and guides them through the account open process while setting correct expectations
- Communicates information related to products, services, account types, and IRS regulations to clients
- Educates prospective clients on potential benefits and how self-directed IRAs work for various investment strategies
- Meets sales objectives and business results as established by Sales leadership
- Develops new business opportunities and achieves monthly business goals
- Obtains and follows up with referrals
- Handles escalated calls and client issues with professionalism
- Cross-sells applicable accounts (Roth, HSA, etc.) and products (GLS, Education, etc.)
- Follows assigned work schedule with regular and predictable attendance
- Interfaces with the onboarding team to ensure accounts are open and funded efficiently
- Creates leads using Salesforce and documents all interactions
- Updates profile section of lead record as applicable
- Travels to events as required
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent area of study (preferred)
- Minimum two (2) years of sales experience in a client-centric environment
- In-person interaction including active collaboration with colleagues and participation in team or company meetings
Skills
- Proficient with self-directed IRA concepts
- Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficient with CRMs (Salesforce preferred)

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment, which may include a corporate office setting or a remote/home office environment, and routinely uses standard office equipment and technology such as computers, phones, printers, and video conferencing tools. The associate is regularly required to communicate effectively, including speaking, hearing, and participating in virtual meetings on camera. The associate is frequently required to sit for extended periods of time, as well as occasionally stand, walk, use hands and fingers, and reach with hands and arms. This job may require the ability to lift files or office materials, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
