Description

As a key member of EA's Advertising & Sponsorships team, you will lead strategic advertising and sponsorship partnerships across EA’s game portfolio. You will drive revenue growth, shape go-to-market strategy, and build long-term partnerships with priority accounts and categories.

Requirements

  • Own senior client and media agency relationships across strategic accounts (with expected travel to accomplish)
  • Develop account strategies that drive revenue growth and long-term partnerships
  • Lead deal strategy, negotiation, and execution for complex partnerships
  • Partner with studio, brand, and operations teams on advertising solutions
  • Manage pipeline, forecasting, and revenue performance across accounts
  • Guide the larger sales team on account and business growth strategy
  • Share advertiser trends and market insights to inform internal planning

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in advertising sales, brand partnerships, or sponsorships
  • Experience leading high-value strategic deals and senior client relationships
  • Experience managing revenue targets, pipeline, and account growth
  • Experience working with media agencies and brands on integrated campaigns
  • Passion or interest in gaming, sports, or entertainment partnerships

Skills

  • Digital media, advertising sponsorships, and branded content knowledge
  • Account strategy development and opportunity identification
  • Use of CRM and sales tools for forecasting and pipeline tracking
  • Executive communication and client presentations

Pay & Benefits

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).

PAY RANGES
California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. San Francisco): $153,700 - $233,600 USD
New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo): $144,900 - $217,600 USD
