Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the PCB market
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies
- Lead sales presentations and negotiations with prospective clients
- Monitor and report on business development metrics and adjust strategies as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the PCB industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong understanding of PCB manufacturing processes and technologies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with Printed Circuit Boards and flex circuits is a plus
