Senior Account Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the PCB market
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies
  • Lead sales presentations and negotiations with prospective clients
  • Monitor and report on business development metrics and adjust strategies as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the PCB industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of PCB manufacturing processes and technologies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with Printed Circuit Boards and flex circuits is a plus
