Responsibilities
- Build a strong sales pipeline while exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to adapt and build a unified sales motion
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within accounts
Qualifications
- Deal Ownership: Take full ownership of the sales cycle from lead qualification to closing, ensuring that all client needs are met and exceeded
- Strategic Account Management: Develop and maintain deep relationships with key decision-makers within assigned accounts, focusing on long-term partnerships and expansion opportunities
- High-Value Deal Closure: Lead negotiations and close deals that often exceed $100k, using a consultative sales approach to align Chima’s AI solutions with client business goals
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work in tandem with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure smooth implementation and long-term client satisfaction
- Market Leadership: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to effectively position Chima’s offerings and maintain a competitive edge
