Responsibilities

  • Build a strong sales pipeline while exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets

  • Strategic Account Management: Develop and maintain deep relationships with key decision-makers within assigned accounts, focusing on long-term partnerships and expansion opportunities
  • High-Value Deal Closure: Lead negotiations and close deals that often exceed $100k, using a consultative sales approach to align Chima’s AI solutions with client business goals
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work in tandem with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure smooth implementation and long-term client satisfaction
  • Market Leadership: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to effectively position Chima’s offerings and maintain a competitive edge
