Senior Account Executive
About the role
The Senior Account Executive, Workplace Technologies & Services (WTS) at Canon USA is responsible for driving sales of Canon’s technology-based solutions to a dedicated marketplace. This role involves identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities, conducting in-person discovery meetings, and fostering long-term customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Master core capabilities of innovative products and solutions from Canon USA and third-party providers.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM platform to manage client and prospect accounts.
- Contact an assigned account base via direct calls, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
- Conduct in-person discovery meetings, presentations, and demonstrations to identify customer requirements and business challenges.
- Develop strategic plans to address both short-term and long-term customer needs.
- Leverage a team of technology subject matter experts to enrich knowledge base and facilitate sales wins.
- Nurture high-level relationships within a comprehensive customer base to enhance long-term viability and account penetration.
Requirements
Three years of business-to-business sales or customer-facing experience, a bachelor’s degree, and a passion for learning and applying new technology concepts and services.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with a focus on building solid working relationships.
- Ability to work independently and manage time precisely.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
Skills
- Proficiency in using the Salesforce CRM platform.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.

Pay
The anticipated base salary range for this role is $50,000-$63,160 annually. The anticipated incentive compensation for this role is $62,869 annually.
Schedule
This role offers a hybrid work schedule, requiring occasional office reporting and availability to customers in-person or remotely. Work schedules and office reporting requirements may change based on business needs.
