Senior Account Executive
About the role
The Senior Account Executive, Workplace Technologies & Services (WTS) at Canon USA is responsible for driving sales of Canon’s technology-based solutions to a dedicated marketplace. Key responsibilities include mastering innovative products and solutions, utilizing Salesforce CRM, contacting and engaging with an assigned account base, conducting discovery meetings, and building strategic plans to meet customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Master core capabilities of innovative products and solutions from Canon USA and third-party providers
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage client and prospect accounts
- Contact an assigned account base via direct calls, email campaigns, and social media
- Conduct in-person discovery meetings, presentations, and demonstrations
- Lead strategic conversations with business owners, executives, and other stakeholders
- Develop and nurture high-level relationships within a comprehensive customer base
Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree, plus three years of business-to-business sales or customer-facing experience
- Possess an unwavering passion and aptitude for learning new technology and services
- Strong communication skills with a focus on building solid working relationships
- Able to work independently and manage time precisely
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record necessary

Pay
The anticipated base salary range for this role is $50,000-$63,160 annually. This role is eligible for incentive compensation under the terms of an applicable plan, with an anticipated incentive compensation of $62,869 annually. Additionally, there is a transportation allowance.
Schedule
This role is full-time and offers a hybrid work schedule. Employees are required to report to their local office as directed by management and are available to customers in-person or remotely (as dictated by customer needs). The option to work from home on other business days is available (except to the extent business needs dictate otherwise).
