About the role
We are hiring a high-performing Senior Account Executive to drive new business across enterprise and strategic accounts. You will play a pivotal role in meeting, understanding, and serving core accounts to accelerate our market presence and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with the people inside family offices, institutions, investment advisors, and other financial firms who allocate capital and would greatly benefit from the Arch platform.
- Manage end-to-end client acquisition process - including lead generation, qualification, product demonstration, and conversion.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Partnerships, Product, Operations, and the Executive Leadership team to acquire and attract new clients.
- Learn from every interaction, bringing market insights to Arch Engineering and Operations to improve the core product continually.
Requirements
- Experience selling Fintech or other SaaS products, preferably in a growth-stage startup environment.
- Experience closing complex deals with a consultative sale.
- Consistent quota attainment or a track record of success.
- Seek massive opportunities, jump on them, and take initiative.
- High energy, love talking to people, and want to work on complex customer problems.
- Obsessed with personal growth and feedback – you improve every day and will be given the tools to do so.
- Will put in the work to understand each client’s needs and help them make the most informed decision of what’s in their best interest.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience selling Fintech or other SaaS products, preferably in a growth-stage startup environment.
- Previously worked in wealth management, a family office, fund management, accounting, or a related financial field.
- Deep understanding of Alternative Investments industry trends, products, and services.
- Familiarity with terms like capital calls, IRRs, recallable distributions, or K-1s.

Pay
Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Full-time position based in New York City, with options for remote work for select roles.
