Senior Account Executive

Responsibilities
- Create and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers
- Design comprehensive self funded and fully insured benefit programs for large clients
- Consult with clients on benefit design contribution strategies and renewal planning
- Analyze claims experience and utilization data to support cost containment and wellbeing strategies
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop and implement benefit solutions
- Request renewal and marketing information and negotiate with carriers and vendors
- Prepare client presentations outlining current programs and future strategies
- Manage compliance requirements including ACA FMLA and ERISA
- Ensure accuracy and effectiveness across all client deliverables and service activities
- Identify sales and cross-selling opportunities to drive account growth and profitability
- Support business development initiatives and long-term client retention
- Lead and mentor Account Management team members to support development and process improvement
- Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement across the organization
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of self funded health plans and advanced healthcare strategies
- Experience with benefit design modeling, contribution strategies, and financial analysis
- Strong communication, analytical, and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office applications

Pay
- Salary range: $160,000 – $180,000 per year
