Sales Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Account Executive to join our team. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic relationships with clients, and leading our sales team to success.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and building a strong echo system of alliance and partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, presenting tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to develop effective sales strategies.
- Attend industry events to promote Aldridge and generate leads.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Work closely with our internal teams to ensure a seamless handover of new clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.

Pay & Schedule
This is a full-time remote position however we are searching for someone who is in the Seattle, WA area. The role does come with a competitive salary and commission structure. Target OTE: $200,000 - $240,000 DOE
