Senior Account-Based Marketing Specialist
About the Role
You will serve as the strategic owner of the global Account-Based Experience program for Armis, designing and scaling the engine that drives engagement, pipeline, and revenue within critical enterprise accounts. The role combines ABX strategy, cross-functional orchestration, personalized campaign execution, technology management, and data-driven optimization.
Responsibilities
- Develop, refine, and execute a global ABX go-to-market strategy for key strategic accounts.
- Build repeatable 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABX frameworks and playbooks.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, and regional Field Marketing teams to align revenue objectives and account plans.
- Map and engage complex enterprise buying committees across IT, security, compliance, and C-level stakeholders.
- Create regional and industry-specific ABX initiatives for sectors such as financial services, healthcare, and critical infrastructure.
- Launch personalized, full-lifecycle campaigns supporting new-logo acquisition, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities.
- Orchestrate digital, paid media, nurture, field-event, and executive-engagement programs.
- Use intent data, engagement metrics, CRM data, and continuous testing to improve pipeline conversion and marketing-to-sales handoffs.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in account-based marketing, ABX, or high-growth B2B demand generation.
- Experience in SaaS or cybersecurity is preferred.
- Proven success driving measurable pipeline and conversion outcomes through ABX initiatives.
- Expert proficiency with ABX platforms such as 6sense or Demandbase and integrated systems such as Salesforce and Marketo.
- Strong analytical ability to turn intent data and engagement metrics into revenue-driving strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong executive presence and the ability to collaborate with C-level stakeholders, Sales, and Account Management.
- Experience with regulated industries, external creative agencies, or media partners is advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary for this location is $120,000-$160,000 per year, plus equity when applicable, variable or incentive compensation, and benefits. Individual compensation may vary based on qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
