- Handle financial tracking and service operations for various departments including field technicians, construction operations, finance, sales, and marketing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations and standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or similar role
- Experience with project management software such as Primavera, Microsoft Project, or similar
- Strong understanding of financial management principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of industry-specific software and tools relevant to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and refrigeration industries
- Experience working in the HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and refrigeration industries is preferred
