Self-Pay Support Associate, Vendor Support, 8a-4:30p, Hybrid (KY/IN Residents Only)

Responsibilities Responsible for timely and complete disposition of charity applications and information needed by self pay collectors. Uses analytical skills to ensure charity applications are complete and ready to be reviewed. Prepares accounts and keys in adjustments for charity. Understands the support they provide in order for established Norton Healthcare goals to be met : Charity Percentages, Collection WIP, Billing WIP, A/R Days, Cash Collection Goal, Bad Debt Goal, Recovery Percentage, etc. This role offers a Hybrid option. Initial training will take place at a Norton Healthcare facility, and you must be available to come onsite for business needs as required.
