Self Pay Support Associate, Vendor Support, Days, Hybrid

Responsibilities

• Responsible for timely and complete disposition of charity applications and information needed by self pay collectors.
• Uses analytical skills to ensure charity applications are complete and ready to be reviewed.
• Prepares accounts and keys in adjustments for charity.
• Understands the support they provide in order for established Norton Healthcare goals to be met: Charity Percentages, Collection WIP, Billing WIP, A/R Days, Cash Collection Goal, Bad Debt Goal, Recovery Percentage, etc.

Qualifications

Required: One year in a healthcare setting.

Desired: One year in a high volume or multi-facility healthcare setting; High School Diploma or GED.

Schedule

Hybrid option available. Initial training will take place at a Norton Healthcare facility, and you must be available to come onsite for business needs as required. Employees in this position must reside in Kentucky or Indiana.
