About the role
The Margaret Chase Smith Elementary (MCS) is seeking an Educational Technician II or III to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth in an inclusive learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide small group or one-on-one instruction
- Auxiliary with classroom management
- Help implement individualized education plans with behavior data collection

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with children in a school setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
