About the role
The RSU 87 is seeking a Special Education 2II position at the Suzanne Smith School in Levant.
Responsibilities
- Individual or small group instruction
- Providing support in the regular education setting
- Supporting students with activities of daily living
Requirements
- Hold appropriate MDOE certification and CHRC
- Previous successful experience working with school aged children
- Previous experience with behavior management or willing to be trained
- Ability to develop and maintain rapport with students and staff
- Ability to work as part of a team
Qualifications
Qualified applicants will hold appropriate MDOE certification and CHRC.
