What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in residential and/or light commercial work
• A strong track record of quality and jobsite professionalism
• Able to meet schedules and communicate changes early
• Licensed work where required
• Insured operations (see below)
• A crew that respects the homeowner’s space (cleanliness matters)

Minimum Requirements

• Before starting work, trade partners must be able to provide:
• Certificate of Insurance (COI) (General Liability; Workers Comp if applicable)
• W-9
• Licence info (if required for your trade)
• References and/or project photos upon request
