About the role
Overseeing patient diagnosis, treatment and prevention, and determining course of treatment.
Provider acts as a consultant to clients, employers, insurance adjusters, and nurse case managers.
Responsibilities
- Follows aggressive return-to-work philosophies and reporting requirements set by DWC, ACOEM, and OSHA.
- Works within standard office hours, Monday through Friday.
Requirements
Salary Range: $230,000 - $260,000
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Board certified or board eligible in Occupational Medicine
- Current medical license in good standing
- Experience in workers' compensation preferred
Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
