Responsibilities
- Oversight of MSC contract requirements, training, and development.
- Forecast and implementation of the Training Program.
- Development and implementation of site-specific security training.
- Ensuring the Training Manager facilitates ongoing MSC/Site Specific Training to all personnel.
- Communication and keeping apprised with Account Managers.
- Preparation of all pertinent information for shift briefings related to site operations.
- Monitoring, updating, and reviewing all MSC/client-specific processes performed by the security operations center.
- Management and development of the operation team members.
- Overseeing officer area upkeep; coordination with those sharing space to maintain a professional look and organize the office.
- Overseeing and assisting with TrackTik management.
- Overseeing and assisting in minimizing NBOT at Client Accounts.
- Completing or coordinating tasks assigned by the Account Manager.
- Create and present training for the guard force and specialty positions.
- Preparing briefing training topic presentations.
- Overseeing the management of MSC employee pay rates.
- Overseeing NBOT% for Client Accounts.
- Overseeing the turnover ratio % of Client accounts.
- Overseeing the management of all personnel.
- Maintaining frequent and positive or accountable contact with subordinate staff.
- Conducting or coordinating employee separations.
- Conducting or coordinating employee counseling.
- Conducting or coordinating the maintenance of Client business assignments.
- Conducting or coordinating operations of shared drives.
- Overseeing and recording training metrics.
- Preparing and presenting security officer and specialty in-service training presentations.
- Monthly syncing with the client regarding Training/Monthly/Quarterly business reviews.
- Arranging state-of-the-branch meetings with on-site Leadership/Officers for further building cooperation and lending support to site leadership/officers.
- Auditing the functionality of all MSC required systems.
- Cooking and assisting with ERP’s/SOP’s safety plans/drills.
- Overseeing remedial trainings.
- Overseeing the delivery of training content.
- Updating SOP’s, ERP’s, Appendix, Post Orders as needed.
Requirements
- California Guard Card.
- Experienced and passionate speaker.
- Knowledgeable trainer.
- Comfortable addressing large audiences.
- Data capturing and employee metrics.
- Experience with Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint.
- Forecasting and implementing the training program (both existing and new deliverables).
- Interacting professionally with all guests (clients, employees, and guests).
- Developing and implementing site-specific security policies.
- Ensuring officers perform all assigned duties, including time sheets, daily logs, activity and incident reports.
- Reviewing and verifying all reports and logs for accuracy.
- Addressing and rectifying all employee relations and payroll concerns promptly.
- Recruiting, hiring, and training officers to meet operational performance and coverage.
- Conducting regular site inspections to ensure compliance (uniform and equipment).
- Utilizing approved security equipment (CCTV, radios, computers/tablets, etc.).
- Communicating pertinent information to the team in a timely manner.
- Managing security personnel, including scheduling, counseling, and/or disciplinary actions when necessary.

Qualifications
