Security Training Manager

About the role

Securitas is seeking a Data Center Security Officer to join our team. This position offers a competitive pay range of $64,000-$65,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Assess and respond to security threats and emergencies.
• Maintain surveillance systems and monitor data center activity.
• Ensure compliance with all security policies and procedures.
• Interact with clients and colleagues to provide exceptional customer service.
• Document observations and activities for security reports.
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance security practices.

Requirements

• At least one year of security experience.
• Pass a drug screen and background check.
• Valid driver’s license and driver certification.
• Meet all state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Age 18 or older.

Qualifications

• Proficient in basic computer operations.
• Physically capable of performing the essential functions of the job, including sitting, standing, walking, climbing stairs, and navigating uneven terrain.
• Flexibility to work weekends.
