Schedule
10-hour days on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday (subject to business needs). Work hours: 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM (subject to business needs).
About the role
Manages multiple functional areas in Security, such as facilities/plant protection, industrial security, investigations, governmental/program classified security, and security engineering. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection, training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), Department of Defense Manual 5205.07, ICD 705, Underwriter Laboratories (UL), Department of Homeland Security Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards (CFATS), Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosive (BATFE) requirements, and Arms, Ammunition & Explosive (AA&E).
- Interpret and implement governmental policies and procedures associated with said agencies.
- Represent the site security manager during respective shift.
- Interface with site senior leadership.
- Provide security support for SAP-related activities after hours, including personnel and physical security.
- Function as Emergency/Crisis Management coordinator.
- Responsible for quality assurance of contractor training and coordinating crisis management response activities, training, and exercises.
- Oversee and manage on-site Law Enforcement and contract guard force.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Must possess an active Secret clearance to start; ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.
- Military, Law Enforcement, or Industrial Security experience.
- Must hold or be able to obtain an Alabama State Pistol Permit.
- Ability to work irregular hours, including weekends, holidays, call-outs, overtime, and different shifts as needed.
- Must pass a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) background check to obtain approval as an “employee possessor” of explosives or other ATF-regulated items.
Desired Skills
- Prior emergency response, crisis management, or Industrial Security experience.
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
- Experience and knowledge of the NISPOM, DoD 5205.07, and Lockheed Martin policies and procedures.
- Experience and knowledge of the National Incident Management Systems (NIMS).
- Experience with administering and managing Automated Access Control and Intrusion Detection Systems, CCTV, and Central Monitoring Station operations.
- Knowledge of Underwriters Lab 2050, NISP, and AA&E.
- Highly organized with advanced oral/written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in developing and presenting training materials.

Pay
Full-Time Salary Range: $72,500 – $134,600. Note that the salary information listed is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, as well as market (work location) and business considerations when extending an offer.
