Responsibilities
- Implements Security services, including electronic surveillance and systematic manual Public Safety/Security Officers’ rounds.
- Coordinates facility response to various potential problems for patients, employees, and visitors.
- Enforces policy and procedure, ensuring equitable enforcement.
- Establishes guidelines and perpetual monitoring techniques to create a safe workplace for employees and a safe environment of care.
- Works with the Environment of Care committee to ensure a multi-disciplinary approach to security and safety.
- Participates in employee awareness and education.
- Drives as needed for company business.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- BVP certification within 6 months of hire and maintain current annually.
- One (1) year experience in a lead security position preferred.
- State Guard Certification/Card required.
- State Driver’s license upon hire.
- Current DMV H6 report or Driving History Report.

Pay
A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $25.70 to $36.21 per hour. The exact starting compensation will be determined based on factors such as skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
