Skills
- Excellent network administration and troubleshooting skills
- Strong understanding and troubleshooting skills of TCP/IP, Switching & Routing protocols (MPLS, BGP, EIGRP), Load balancing
- Knowledge and experience in STP, VTP, HSRP, VLAN, QoS, and other switching technologies
- Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Firewalls and Juniper switches
- Experience with Cisco Wireless Controllers and wireless LAN technologies (WLAN Controllers, WCS)
- Familiarity with Cisco routers (7200, 3800, 3600, 2800, 2900, 881), firewalls (Cisco ASA5550, Checkpoint, Palo Alto), and security technologies (IDS, IPS)
- Experience with load balancers (F5), switches (Nexus 9K/7K/5K/2K, Cisco 9300/6500/4500/3750/2960, Juniper), and SD-WAN solutions
- Knowledge of PBR, PfR, ASRs, Zscaler (ZIA), and Cisco ACI (Spine-Leaf architecture)
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills in English
- Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams and manage conflicting priorities
- Flexibility to work in shifts for 24x7 support
- Strong team player with a constructive perspective and commitment to business success
Responsibilities
- Resolve critical network incidents escalated from L1 and L2 teams
- Analyze complex routing, switching, wireless, and security issues
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes
- Review network architecture and recommend improvements aligned with standards
- Support datacenter and cloud networking (Azure, AWS), manage hybrid connectivity, and SD-WAN solutions
- Guide and manage teams for LAN/Wi-Fi/SD-WAN issues
- Oversee network operations, security compliance, and stakeholder management
- Provide team leadership and manage vendor/service provider relationships
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent
Pay
$100,000–$120,000 per annum
