Security Supervisor, ON, Loss Prevention -Miami

About the role

Responsible for overseeing security operations within the store, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures. Conducts regular patrols, monitors surveillance systems, and responds to security incidents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations including patrols, monitoring surveillance systems, and responding to security incidents.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures related to loss prevention and security.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain a safe and secure environment.
• Conduct training sessions for new employees on security protocols and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in a security-related field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of security equipment and systems.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Pay

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour based on experience.
