Security Supervisor; Night Shift, 1.0 FTE

What You’ll Do

• Provide dynamic leadership and daily operational oversight for Security and Parking Services.
• Confidently manage crisis situations with professionalism, sound judgment, and composure.
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members to perform at their best.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and financial responsibilities.
• Promote a culture rooted in safety, accountability, teamwork, and superior customer service.
• Serve as a trusted partner to clinical and operational leaders across the organization.

Required Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in law enforcement or security.
• A valid driver’s license and eligibility for a company driving permit.
• A college degree in criminal justice, business, emergency management, or a related field (preferred).
• Certifications in CPR, De-Escalation, Patient Restraint, Handcuff, Pepper Spray/JPX, BWC, and TASER (within 6 months).
• IAHSS Certified Healthcare Security Supervisor (within 18 months).
• A Conceal Carry Permit (within 6 months).
