Job Skills / Requirements

• SCOPE OF WORK: Supervise and lead approximately 5-6 officers at a site requiring 24/7/365 security services. Manage employees, schedule shifts, meet client needs, and perform other duties as needed.
• Working Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 0700-1500, with 24/7 availability for emergencies.
• Perks: Rate of Pay: $23.46/hour (locked-in with current contract); Benefits include Dental, Vision, Accident, Critical Illness, hospital indemnity, Identity Theft Protection, and Earned Sick Time.

Responsibilities

• Billable: 30-40 hours per week in a billable, uniform supervisor capacity.
• Supervision: Direct and manage subordinates, ensuring they follow strategies, policies, and standards.
• Site Training: Oversee the training of all assigned officers and ensure they carry out duties outlined in post guidelines.
• Officer Grooming: Ensure all uniform security employees and event staff maintain impeccable appearances.
• Site Post Orders: Maintain and update post guidelines for security operations and review them annually with the client and operations manager.
• Client Communication: Regularly communicate with the designated client contact, address client requests, and inform the operations manager.
• Payroll: Approve time sheets and ensure weekly submissions within company deadlines.
• Discipline: Assist management in implementing disciplinary actions for violations of company or client policy.
• Incident Reports: Review and approve all written incident reports generated by assigned personnel.
• Other Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned.

Job Minimum Requirements

• At least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• No felony convictions.
• No misdemeanor convictions related to dishonesty, fraud, impersonation of law enforcement, assault, weapons, unauthorized sale of information or evidence, controlled substances, or two or more alcohol-related offenses.
• Pass a drug screening at hire and randomly thereafter (including for marijuana).
• Adhere to company's Uniform and Appearance policy.
• Become CPR/First Aid/AED certified and capable of administering care in emergency situations.
• Able to move quickly, including running short distances, and remain alert while on duty.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors during all seasons.
• Able to use hands and fingers to manipulate keys, tools, and other equipment.
• Able to hear conversations in noisy environments.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds (70 lbs. if working as an armed security officer).
