Security Supervisor
Job Description
Aid in hiring, training, and coaching security associates to build a strong, reliable team.
Maintain detailed logs of incidents and complaints, coordinating follow-ups with other departments as needed.
Stay updated on fire and emergency procedures, ensuring your team knows their roles during critical moments.
Enforce hotel security policies 24/7, ensuring all safety rules are adhered to.
Prepare your team for VIP arrivals and special events by briefing supervisors and coordinating extra security measures.
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of security experience
- Flexible schedule ready to work AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Current CPR, First Aid, and TIPS certifications
- Strong leadership skills
- Attention to detail and effective communication
