Security Supervisor

About the role

The Security Supervisor ensures a safe and secure environment for staff, residents and visitors by conducting rounds, handling alarm responses, investigating occurrences, and enforcing Parker's security policies.

Responsibilities

• Conducts rounds to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
• Handles alarm responses promptly and accurately.
• Investigates occurrences and maintains detailed records.
• Enforces Parker’s security policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a security-related field.
• Knowledge of security policies and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare settings preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
