Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities within the facility, ensuring that all equipment and systems are in optimal working condition.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to schedule and manage repairs and upgrades.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Assess and recommend improvements to existing facilities and systems.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve overall operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory maintenance role.
• Proficient in using maintenance management software and tools.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Experience with project management and budgeting.

Pay

$X per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend shifts as needed.
