About the role
Ensures the security and safety of the guests, employees, cash and physical assets of the Agua Caliente Casino.
Responsibilities
- Provides excellent guest service
- Maintains and controls access to restricted Casino areas
- Fosters and maintains positive player/house relations
- Monitors performance of subordinates, ensuring adherence of Casino policies and procedures
- Prepares schedules of the Security Officers and Security Surveillance Dispatch Officers
- Develops and implements policies and procedures for the Security Dept.
- Ensures the integrity of gambling, banking, Count room and cash handling procedures
- Ensures the safety of guests and employees during Casino operation
- Maintains all required logs as directed by compact agreement
- Maintains integrity of lost and found property
- Ensures Security Surveillance video tapes are changed at designated times
- Will perform functions as needed as a Security Officer or Security Surveillance Dispatch Officer
Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- 1 year related experience in Security/Law enforcement and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
