About the role

Ensures the security and safety of the guests, employees, cash and physical assets of the Agua Caliente Casino.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service
• Maintains and controls access to restricted Casino areas
• Fosters and maintains positive player/house relations
• Maintains all required logs as directed by compact agreement
• Maintains integrity of lost and found property
• Develops and maintains photo/card file on issues of importance
• Ensures the integrity of gambling, banking, Count room and cash handling procedures
• Ensures the safety of guests and employees during Casino operation
• Changes Security Surveillance video tapes at designated times
• Performs functions as needed as a Security Officer or Security Surveillance Dispatch Officer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• 1 year related experience in Security/Law enforcement and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
