Security Supervisor - Data Hub

About the role

The Security Site Supervisor will oversee the security function, ensure contract compliance, and make recommendations for positive and negative personnel actions.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of security function including staffing, scheduling, and on-site training
• Maintain contract-required training and screening elements
• Inspect security personnel and their job performance
• Respond to client requests and make emergency notifications
• Provide direction and instruction to subordinates
• Make productivity and cost reduction recommendations
• Make recommendations for physical security surveys and post orders
• Make recommendations concerning disciplinary action/commendation decisions

Requirements

• 1+ Year(s) of Security Experience
• Required Supervisor Experience
• Exceptional Customer Service and Communications Skills
• Access Control and Badge Experience
• Proficiency in using computers and tablets
• Related Experience to Responsibilities
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Pass State-required Training or Other Qualifications for Licensing
• Pass State Licensing Test if Driving a Company-Owned or Client-Provided Vehicle
• One or More of the Following: Active-Duty Military, Military Reserves, or National Guard; Auxiliary Police or Police Cadets; Associate's Degree or Higher in Any Discipline
• At Least 18 Years of Age, or Higher if Required by the State (21 Years, if Armed)
• Operate Radio or Telephone Equipment and/or Console Monitors
• Demonstrate Ability to Interact Cordially and Communicate with the Public
