Security Site Supervisor - Data Center

Responsibilities

• Oversight of all security aspects including staffing, scheduling, and on-site training
• Maintenance of contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel
• Quality assurance of service and contract compliance through inspections
• Performance evaluations and disciplinary actions for security personnel
• Productivity and cost reduction recommendations
• Physical security surveys and post orders
• Recommendations for disciplinary actions

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One or more years of supervisory experience in security-related industry
• Associate's degree or higher in any discipline
• Valid driver’s license if required by the state
• Ability to pass state licensing tests if driving a company vehicle
• Basic knowledge of radio or telephone equipment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
