Security Site Supervisor - Data Center

Responsibilities

• Oversight of all security aspects including staffing, scheduling, and on-site training
• Maintenance of contract-required training and screening elements
• Quality assurance of service and contract compliance through inspections
• Performance of emergency notifications and direction to subordinates
• Recommendations for productivity, cost reduction, and physical security surveys
• Disciplinary actions and recommendations for personnel

Qualifications (must Have)

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Pass state-required training or licensing tests if applicable
• One or more years of supervisory experience in security-related fields
• Valid driver’s license if required by state
• Ability to operate radio or console equipment
• At least 18 years old, or higher if required by state
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and problem solve
• Attention to detail and effective teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications (nice To Have)

• Custom Protection Officer certification
• Associate’s degree or higher
• Experience with customer service and public interaction
• Knowledge of health insurance and retirement benefits
