Supervisory Responsibilities

- Aiding in payroll completion
- Scheduling
- Enforcing Renewal, Inc.'s policies and procedures
Additional Responsibilities
- Supervising the movement of reentrants
- Ensuring reentrant accountability through consistent enforcement of rules and regulations
- Cooking large scale and daily searches
- Providing a safe environment for staff, reentrants, and visitors
Individual Priorities
- Prioritizing emergency and non-emergency issues
- Using discretion in various situations
- Acting as the point person in the Security department during extraordinary occurrences
Eligibility Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalency and two years related experience required
- One year of supervisory experience required
- Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or a related field preferred
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license, Act 33/34, and a high degree of ethics required
- Ability to function in a team setting
- Multiple task management capability
- People interaction skills and assertiveness in crisis situations
- Computer literacy required
