Security Supervisor
Responsibilities
Supervise and support security officers conducting scheduled mobile patrols and site inspections.
Conduct regular patrols to ensure officer accountability, site coverage, and compliance with post orders.
Provide guidance, coaching, and direction to security personnel while maintaining a professional and positive work environment.
Monitor site activity, respond to incidents, and make sound decisions during routine and emergency situations.
Assist with scheduling, staffing, training, and onboarding of security officers as needed.
Complete detailed incident reports, supervisor logs, and daily activity reports with accuracy and professionalism.
Serve as the primary point of contact between site personnel, GardaWorld management, and client representatives during assigned shifts.
Ensure all officers maintain professional appearance, follow company policies, and uphold GardaWorld's high standards of service.
Qualifications
Active Driver's License required.
Minimum 2-3 years of professional security, military, law enforcement, or supervisory experience.
Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a security environment strongly preferred.
Exceptional situational awareness and attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including report writing.
Prior proven ability to lead a team, make sound decisions, and remain composed throughout routine and emergency situations.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Be authorized to work in the U.S.
Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED.
Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process.
Strong report writing skills.
Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills.
Strong proficiency with technology.
