Job Skills / Requirements

• Military veterans and those with firefighting, corrections, or law enforcement experience are encouraged to apply.
• Shift: 1st shifts, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday with 24/7 availability for supervisor duties.
• Location: Saginaw, MI.
• Rate of Pay: $22.46/hour (set by contract, non-negotiable).
• Minimum Qualifications:
  • At least 18 years old and high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 21 years old and Michigan CPL or LEOSA cardholder for armed security work.
  • No felony convictions.
  • No misdemeanors related to dishonesty, fraud, impersonation, assault, weapons, unauthorized sale of information or evidence, controlled substances, or alcohol-related offenses.
  • Pass a drug screening.
  • Able to pass a psychological evaluation for armed security positions.
  • Willing to become CPR/First Aid/AED certified.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds (70 lbs. for armed security).
  • Physically and mentally sound.
  • Able to work independently.

About this Contract

The Security Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and directing contracted security personnel, managing schedules and assignments, assisting in emergencies, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must not have any felony convictions.
• Must not have any misdemeanor convictions related to dishonesty, fraud, impersonation, assault, weapons, unauthorized sale of information or evidence, controlled substances, or alcohol-related offenses.
• Must pass a drug screening.
• Must adhere to company's Uniform and Appearance policy.
• Must have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds (70 lbs. for armed security).
• Must be physically and mentally sound.
• Must be able to work independently.
