Security Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all contracted security operations and personnel support
• Oversee, and when necessary perform, Electronic Security System (ESS) operations, access control, contingency response, and related security tasks
• Analyze security records, including DA Form 4930-R, to identify trends, recommend improvements, and ensure compliance
• Develop and execute training programs, conduct operational drills, and lead contingency response efforts
• Ensure compliance with Government security policies, reporting requirements, alarm records, and intrusion detection documentation
• Act on behalf of the contractor on matters related to daily security operations and respond to the COR as required

Requirements

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in military or civilian security guard operations
• At least two (2) years of management experience
• Demonstrated expertise in physical security, access control systems, and integrated Electronic Security Systems (ESS)
• Prior experience developing and executing training programs, conducting operational drills, and leading contingency response efforts
• Thorough familiarity with Government security policies and reporting requirements, including alarm and intrusion detection records
• Must possess and maintain an active U.S. SECRET security clearance for the life of the contract

Schedule

Based on a 50-hour work week and subject to change for exercise and contingency support.
