Security Supervisor

POSITION: Supervisor LOCATION: USAG Camp Humphreys, Pyeongtaek, South Korea CLEARANCE: Secret The Supervisor is responsible for the direct management, performance, and strategic oversight of security operations and has full command and control authority over contractor personnel for daily security operations. Key Responsibilities Direct and manage all contracted security operations and personnel supportOversee, and when necessary perform, Electronic Security System (ESS) operations, access control, contingency response, and related security tasksAnalyze security records, including DA Form 4930-R, to identify trends, recommend improvements, and ensure complianceDevelop and execute training programs, conduct operational drills, and lead contingency response effortsEnsure compliance with Government security policies, reporting requirements, alarm records, and intrusion detection documentationAct on behalf of the contractor on matters related to daily security operations and respond to the COR as required Requirements Minimum five (5) years of experience in military or civilian security guard operationsAt least two (2) years of management experienceDemonstrated expertise in physical security, access control systems, and integrated Electronic Security Systems (ESS)Proven ability to develop and execute training programs, conduct operational drills, and lead contingency response effortsThorough familiarity with Government security policies and reporting requirements, including alarm and intrusion detection recordsMust possess and maintain an active U.S. SECRET security clearance for the life of the contractSchedule is based on a 50-hour work week and is subject to change for exercise and contingency support
