Security Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and maintain enterprise IT and physical security infrastructure, including servers, badge access control panels, security appliances, video surveillance systems, and IR sensor platforms.
• To ensure operational reliability and security compliance.
• Experience with Axis, Hanwha cameras, Milestone Video Servers, CCure badging systems, is a plus!
• The role includes supporting IoT projects and carrying out the instructions from the IT manager.

Job Responsibilities

• Managing, documenting, maintaining IP security cameras, video servers, and security badging systems.
• Keeping up to date documentation.
• Making sure our system is following current security standards.
• Working with GSOC and able to respond in an after-hours emergency.
• Collaborate with System and Network Administrators to support project deployments including software updates, system upgrades, and infrastructure enhancements.
• Camera setup and maintenance in office and warehouse.
• Keeping appropriate inventory is maintained to meet normal client demand.
• Incidents and other requests are resolved and fulfilled to a very high level of quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience managing and maintaining IT and physical security infrastructure.
• Knowledge of IP security cameras, video servers, and security badging systems.
• Experience with Axis, Hanwha cameras, Milestone Video Servers, CCure badging systems, is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
