Full-Time Grave Shift, Sunday–Thursday, 12:00 AM–8:30 AM

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day supervisor operations such as training new officers, conducting post checks, and scheduling to ensure zero dark posts
• Direct, supervise, and support shift officers
• Customer service duties including welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control and respond to operational emergencies with timely communications and accurate reporting
• Ensure operational logs, records, and post orders are maintained appropriately
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and employees, serving as the liaison between GardaWorld, the client, and assigned staff
• Maintain a goal of zero safety incidents while fostering a robust safety culture and program
• Responsible for corrective action and discipline of subordinate officers, including formal warnings, and recommending or participating in disciplinary decisions up to termination
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Supervise and manage employees on your shift at the assigned job site
• Maintain a healthy, professional relationship with the client at the assigned site
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of security supervisory experience (required)
• 2 years of security industry experience (preferred)
• Strong report writing skills
• Sharp visual acuity and exceptional concentration skills
• Strong proficiency with technology
• Current BSIS-issued Security License (Guard Card) and additional 32-hour security trainings (additional trainings may be obtained during onboarding)

Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus.
