Security Shift Supervisor - Retail

About the role

GardaWorld Security Services is now seeking a Security Shift Supervisor for a Retail position. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities

• Tell visitors how to enter the premises safely
• Verify visitor identities and ensure they are authorized to enter
• Guide visitors to their destinations within the facility
• Manage access control systems
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Extensive screening process passed
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Basic phone & computer skills
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred
• State license required if applicable

$23 per hour

Schedule

Thursday-Monday 10am-6pm (40 hours a week / full time)
