About the role

The Armed Security Shift Supervisor (Secret Clearance Site) will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer site. Acting as a liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and professional security officers, you will supervise staff on your assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range.

Responsibilities

• Communicate staffing needs on shift to Account Manager or Operations Manager.
• Ensure officers receive appropriate training, developing them in both technical and professional skills.
• Address employee grievances with support from district or region HR and Account or Operations Manager.
• Administer Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) and safety programs outlining site-specific hazards for security officers, including vehicle/driving safety as per Corporate procedures.
• Assist Account or Operations Manager in managing uniforms, equipment, supplies, and vehicles, maintaining inventories and maintenance checklists.
• Handle crisis situations at the client site calmly and efficiently.

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills to engage with all levels of personnel and the public professionally.
• Licensing requirements as per state and/or local laws and regulations (may be required prior to employment).
• Successful completion of a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment.
• Intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client-specific sites.
• Ability to work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow, or heat.
• Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds.
• Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift.
• Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time.

Pay

$31.31 per hour.

Schedule

Full Time – Swing Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM), Wednesday – Sunday.
