Security Service Technician
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose issues with access control, CCTV, intrusion, and related low-voltage systems
- Perform routine and scheduled inspections to ensure system health and compliance
- Restore system functionality and optimize performance
- Work across multiple Yale buildings and facilities
- Maintain accurate service logs, inspection reports, and device records
Required Qualifications
- Must hold one of the following Connecticut Low Voltage Licenses: L5, L6, C5, or C6
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a security service or installation technician
- Strong background in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and system inspections
- Solid understanding of low-voltage wiring, terminations, and device functionality
- Highly Preferred: Experience / Certifications in AXIS, Lenel, AMAG, VMS platforms, and DMP

Pay
$37 / hour
Schedule
7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (occasional OT + possible on-call)
