Responsibilities
- Establish, maintain, and review schedules to minimize company overtime within WinTeamBuild
- Improve and maintain effective relationships with both clients and employees
- Report all operational matters directly to the Vice President of Operations and/or members of senior management
- Coordinate necessary support services to effectively manage client sites to meet or exceed financial and operational goals and provide quality customer service
- Handle any escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately
- Monitor the quality of staff performance, including review of disciplinary actions, recommendations for suspension or termination, and ensuring a regular performance appraisal program for all staff
- Clearly and accurately record reported data such as call-offs, tardies, emergencies, unusual occurrences, and malfunctioning of equipment
- Coordinate and document performance tracking of all staff personnel
- Maintain and ensure the integrity of personnel files and workforce management systems, working with Account Managers and HR department as necessary
- Support HR department in review of involuntary terminations, including coordinating and conducting exit interviews, assisting with unemployment claims, union grievances, and appeals
- Explain company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to all staff and job applicants
- Compile and prepare reports and documents pertaining to personnel activities and account trends
- Prepare correspondence and memos as needed
- Track company equipment in the field, including technology and vehicles, ensuring company equipment is utilized in accordance with applicable policies
- Stay current on federal and state guidelines relative to our services
- Support the organization’s culture, processes, practices, and systems to ensure all employees contribute to the business goals of the company and its clients
- Flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which includes weekends and evenings
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 2 years prior satisfactory employment as a supervisor in security or customer service position
- Experience in a heavy volume call center is preferred
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to acquire and maintain a security license (if required by the state), including state accredited training requirements
- Must have the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English (bilingual considered a plus)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software; scheduling software experience a plus
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
- Must maintain a working telephone number for contact
Physical Demands
Standard office environment.
Pay
Salary starts at $58,000 - $60,000.
