Security Safety Ambassador - Full Time (Harrah's Laughlin)

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and Team Members at assigned entrance locations
• Assist with thermal temperature scanning and other safety procedures
• Answer questions and provide helpful information to guests and Team Members
• Conduct safety patrols to ensure a secure, comfortable environment
• Deliver Caesars Entertainment’s Family Style Service at all times
• Monitor entrance activity and report unusual behavior or safety concerns
• Support emergency response efforts by following established protocols
• Auxiliary with crowd control during peak periods or special events
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization of entrance and checkpoint areas
• Document and report incidents, observations, or safety issues to Security leadership
• Provide directions, wayfinding assistance, and general support to guests
• Auxiliary with lost and found procedures as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Six or more months of relevant security experience preferred
• Nevada Gaming and Alcohol Card
