Valet Attendant - Full Time (Harrah's Laughlin)

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with a warm, upbeat attitude and provide Family Style Service at all times
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently
• Provide clear driving directions and guide guests to available parking spaces
• Follow established lot-fill patterns and maintain orderly parking flow
• Secure vehicles, file keys properly, and ensure guest property is protected
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Maintain reliable attendance and be available for scheduled work

Qualifications

• Must have a 36-month clean driving record
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Six or more months of related experience in a casino environment, or equivalent training
• Able to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
• Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Able to obtain and maintain applicable Gaming card(s) and/or license(s)
• Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
