POSITION SUMMARY

Ensures the safety of staff, patients, and visitors as well as performs duties as a Security representative for the hospital. Responsibilities include patient behavioral management and active participation in the emergency response team. Requires quick and safe response to emergency alerts and professional interaction with employees, visitors, and patients.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma or equivalent
• None required
• BLS within 90 days of hire/transfer
• CPI within 12 months of hire/transfer
• Driver’s License
• IAHSS-Basic within 12 months of hire/transfer
