Responsibilities

• Monitor and survey the store floor to prevent both internal and external theft.
• Maintain a professional, firm, and visible presence throughout the store.
• Act quickly and confidently in situations that require confrontation or escalation.
• Assist with stock processing and replenishment, including lifting up to 75+ lbs.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment.
• Support general store maintenance and other operational tasks as needed.
• Communicate effectively with store leadership and team members.
• Demonstrate strong judgment and decision-making with little to no direction.
• Uphold AKIRA's standards and policies with consistency and integrity.

Requirements

• Proven reliability and strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift and move 75+ lbs. consistently.
• Assertive, confident, and able to handle confrontation with professionalism.
• Calm and decisive under pressure.
• Comfortable working independently and prioritizing multiple tasks.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in security, loss prevention, or a similar retail environment preferred.
• Commitment to maintaining safety, order, and compliance at all times.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and peak periods.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to push, pull, and lift 75+ lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 10–12 hour shifts, as needed).
