Annual stipend position for the 2026-2027 school year.
Qualifications
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Familiarity with the building layout, alarm systems, and emergency procedures
- Prior experience in facility oversight, custodial work, or school/municipal staff roles preferred
- Ability to act calmly and appropriately in emergency situations
Responsibilities
- Support the safe operation of the building during unoccupied times and occupied events
- Perform routine checks and secure entrances and exits
- Monitor activity during non-business hours
- Assist with emergency response or reporting as needed
- Assist with outside parking and crowd control when necessary

- Building Principal
- Assistant Business Administrator of Facilities
- Assistant Superintendents
Pay
$20/hour
