Key Responsibilities
- Lead service delivery activities across the Mastermind and Government platforms, with focus on SLA performance, L&M growth, and converting larger service tickets into installation opportunities.
- Serve as the authorized interface with the Contracting Officer, Contracting Officer's Representative, government management personnel, and customer agency representatives.
- Establish and maintain procedures and controls that keep work aligned with agreed standards, contractual requirements, and delivery time limits.
- Assign contractor schedules, review work discrepancies, and direct corrective action to keep the program on track.
- Supervise multi-disciplined technical and administrative personnel, including subcontractors, and support resolution of engineering, administrative, and field issues.
- Maintain client contacts to ensure conformity with all contractual obligations and support strong customer satisfaction.
- Develop, maintain, and implement Orders and required management plans.
- Pursue new business opportunities with senior leadership and support program growth.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring that strengthens project management practices and team performance.
Qualifications
- Ten years of general experience in the physical and technical security fields.
- Ten years of service delivery using the Mastermind and IMS platform for service delivery.
- At least five years of specialized experience directly supervising and managing nationwide service contracts and large, complex integrated projects within the physical or technical security field for the Federal government.
- Progressive leadership experience supporting physical and large integrated security programs, including budgets, requirements, and customer-facing execution.
- Progressive leadership experience supporting service delivery, managing SLA's, and L&M service tickets.
- Strong understanding of Federal government contracting, regulatory, and compliance topics.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple subject areas, manage risk, and make effective decisions.
- Proven ability to budget, perform financial analysis, and prepare reports focused on financial targets and program results.
- Excellent presentation, oral communication, and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with customers, leadership, and teammates at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to pass the US Marshal and US Attorney background check, which is above and beyond the JCI background check and may be more in-depth.
- Willingness to travel as needed in support of the program.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Business, or Project Management.
- Project Management Professional (PMP).
- Physical Security Professional (PSP).
- Experience with Microsoft Office Project, Word, and Visio.
- Experience managing projects that include design, installation, testing, servicing, and integration of complex systems and subsystems.
