Security Professionals - Boston Waterfront Condos ($22+/hour)

About the role

Provide professional customer service to a client-facing site with heavy foot traffic. Conduct interior and exterior patrols on foot to inspect the building and grounds. Maintain high levels of observation and communication skills, including effective interaction with coworkers, clients, and management.

Responsibilities

• Engage and respond to residents, visitors, contractors, and others with professionalism and promptness.
• Report and document incidents or suspicious activity in accordance with established procedures.
• Respond to emergency situations according to site-specific protocols.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Reliable means of communication and transportation.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Effective English language skills (speaking, reading, writing).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
